I would like to start off by saying that I am NOT easy to please and it takes alot to get me to write a review for a restaurant, especially if it is good. Well I joined this site to do just that...THIS IS ONE of the BEST places for breakfast and lunch I have ever been to! There were 8 of us and we tried everything and then my husband and I came back for lunch and breakfast 4 more times in the 3 days we were in the Keys. NOTHING in Key West compared.
Their omelet selections are creative and never ending and you can even create your own- it is called 'Your Way or the Highway" LOVE this. The Eggs Benedict are fantastic, with a tad bit of spice in their FRESHLY made hollandaise sauce is perfect, especially on the Crab Cake Benedict.
Pancakes, Tropical French Toast (made from croissants with a sweet Orange butter) and HOT Waffles, with fresh berries or bananas, were spectacular, they even make a Mickey Mouse Pancake for this kids with strawberry eyes dotted with chocolate chips, my niece was so excited, she ate every bit.
Breakfast Sandwiches they must have 6-8 different kinds and their bacon is the best, highest quality I have had. and their rye bread is so tasty-again I am sure it is homemade.
Their menu is complete, with regard to the fact that you can look at the lunch menu while you are ordering your breakfast, we asked the extremely sweet waitress, (Nichole), to allow us to keep the menu while we waited for our first breakfast....WOW the lunch menu looked so good we talked about our next meal before we even ate our first.
Like I said we came back 4 more times during our stay and had their fresh Yellow tail Sandwich (huge and perfect), Thai Shrimp (OMG the best sauce and big juicy shrimp), Pulled Pork Sandwich (topped with the freshest BEST cole slaw and HOT french fries)...I could go on and on but to make a summary statement.....EVERYTHING was perfect and the service was GREAT!
Only one time was it a bit snippy but HEY, the place was packed to the gills and everyone was running and taking care of everyone......and I said I can be a bit tough.....BUT all in all, THE BEST PLACE in the Keys, if NOT Florida! Wish there was a 'Made To Order' in every town...but we'll just have to come to the Keys more often.....not that far from Naples!

amazzzzzinnnnngggg!!!! i am so thankful for yelp! if i wouldn't have read about this place we would have never even realized we were passing it on our way back from key west! The breakfast was outstanding! I ordered the berry pancakes with berry butter (which was way better than butter- i am generally not a butter fan and i would have eaten that stuff straight!) The pancakes were so delicious they didn't even require syrup! I ordered a side of eggs with my short stack of pancakes so that i wouldn't go into a carb coma and the eggs were cooked perfectly! Light and fluffy!
My husband had "the italian" breakfast which he raved about and it too looked fantastic!
I had the opportunity to scope out their dessert counter and opted to buy a berry muffin with cream cheese icing to go! Their muffins- which really are more like cupcakes- are super delicious! It was huge- i snacked on it for 2 days and loved every bite of it!!!!
The absolute best part was the location!!! Sit out back if it's nice outside~ this place is located on a waterway, there are beautiful views, and boats can pull right up and dock! Such a great laid back way to eat breakfast! Our waitress was awesome too! She was super attentive! I don't think my coffee ever got more than half way empty before she was refilling it!
you want cozy and comfy not tight and noisy, friendly and relaxed and no one's trying to get rid of you, have lunch for breakfast or breakfast for lunch, surrounded by a sense that people work hard in this space so the space has to be positive - nice - cheerful - inviting... the food is great - Popeye's omelette with great tasting spinach - feta - tomato that isn't soggy - country potatoes with tons of taste and not oily or too salty - I had baked brie with tomato and basil and freshly toasted french baguette, a lunch appetizer for bfast. This is a place where you get exactly what you want and you enjoy the time...

The food, atmosphere and service is great. Its a little more expensive , but so worth it. Its not just your regular eggs and grits. Its good quality food prepared very well. The Islander breakfast sandwich is delicious. And the Texas Benny is fantastic a huge portion. The tables outside by the water is so nice in the morning sun.

I never knew a fish sandwich could taste so good. Easily the best fish sandwich in The Keys. Made 2 Order is the only place I will eat a fish sandwich. Thanks.

We found this place by accident and went back 2 times. The breakfast is so original and tastes great. The lunch was just as good. Please open for dinner and perhaps a bar and we'd camp in the parking lot !!! Great service also, this place is top of the line and has lots of really nice tropical art to check out along with killer cakes, pies, and other treats, Go there, now, don't wait.

We went for breakfast, the service was phenomenal, eating outside on an ocean canal was quaint, the food was good or as they say not world famous, but better than most.
I had the very berry pancakes with raspberry butter. They were quite good, the berries were in them, not on them and this changed the color of the pancakes, they were dark, but delicious. My husband had the Dixie pig. He is a biscuits and gravy freak and did not find these to be wonderful, but they were good. The eggs on this dish come under the gravy so that may not be your thing.
I would visit again
